ACADEMIC TESTING OPTIONS

Since the pandemic, most institutions have suspended the submission of ACT/SAT test scores as part of their application process, however a number of them still require score submission with an application. Check each of the institutions you are considering submitting applications to so you know whether test scores are required with your application.

SAT

TESTING DATE: OCT 24, 2024

The PSAT will be offered to Onalaska High School Seniors on Thursday, October 24.

The SAT is an optional test. Students wishing to take the test should sign up in the College & Career Center by Friday, October 11.

TESTING DATE: OCT 24, 2024

The PSAT will be offered to Onalaska High School Juniors on Thursday, October 24. The PSAT is the required entrants test to be taken your Junior Year to be eligible for the National Merit Scholarship Program.

The PSAT is an optional test. Students wishing to take the test should sign up in the College & Career Center by Friday, October 11.

ASVAB

TESTING DATE: NOV 26, 2024

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a heavily researched and well-respected aptitude test developed by the Department of Defense. It measures a young adult’s strengths and potential for success in military training.

The ASVAB will be administered to ALL OHS Juniors.
